Captured on the road as we drove up Pike's Peak in Colorado. Slightly past their peak, these Aspens had shed many of their leaves when I went by, creating a golden carpet on the ground.

We all wear many hats over the course of our lives ~ so far, mine have included daughter, sister, cousin, friend, Christian, band member, chemist, aunt, singer, wife, consultant, groupie, and mother.
