Artist's Description

We don't usually get a lot of snow here in East Tennessee, but this past winter we were treated to several quite lovely accumulations. They don't last long, though, so you have to be quick with the camera. I made this image from my front yard - the golden light is from a street light that was still burning, while the soft blue sky heralded the dawn.

My newest hat says, "Photographer," and "Images that Inspire" are what I seek to create with my camera. I am inspired by the wonders of creation ... intrigued by light and shadow ... and amazed at man's ingenuity.
